What's Included?

Blood test to include: FAI, FSH/LH, Prolactin, SHBG, Testosterone, Oestradiol, Free T4, TSH, AMH

Local clinic visit or Nurse visit to your home or workplace to take the sample so you don't have to travel.

We will try and accomodate your preference where possible.

Post-test follow up to go through the results 

Letter to your GP (if you give consent) 

Prescription if needed* 

*extra charge due to the pharmacy for the medication (not included)
