Yes. NPH Group can provide on-site health screening for employees at your workplace. We’ll work with you to plan the day, including room requirements, session timings, and employee flow so the event runs smoothly with minimal disruption to operations.
Employees receive a professional, clinician-led screening experience and clear outcomes. Depending on the package selected, employees typically receive:
1: A structured screening appointment on the day
2: Clear results and wellbeing insights
3: Practical next steps (what the result means and what to do next)
4: The option to discuss results further where appropriate (e.g., follow-up support)
5: We aim to make the experience simple, supportive and confidential.
Results are delivered securely and confidentially, typically directly to the employee. Where screening includes lab-based elements, results are shared once available, with clear guidance to help employees understand what the findings mean and what actions to take next.
Lead time depends on headcount, location(s), and the type of screening package, but as a guide we recommend allowing 2–4 weeks to plan an on-site screening day. This gives time to confirm logistics, schedule appointments around shifts, and send pre-screening questionnaires to employees. If you need something sooner, contact us, where capacity allows, we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times.

Individual results are shared privately with the employee, not the employer. Employers can receive an aggregated, anonymised summary report (where agreed) showing overall themes and wellbeing insights across the workforce (e.g., trends and risk areas), which can support wellbeing planning and risk management.
We prioritize your privacy. All results are securely handled, and a personal report will be sent directly to your email, along with clear guidance on the next steps.
