It sends alarms that you have raised to your care circle along with our 24/7 alarm monitoring Centre
Your care circle can also include family and friends, it helps them know you are safe and well. It also lets them know if anything has happened, such as if you have had a fall
What Will i see in my home ?
You will see an Access Home Hub plugged into a power socket.
You will also see Sensors located around your home and you maybe given a panic button to wear on your wrist or around your neck.
What do I need to do ?
you don’t have to change anything. You can just carry on with your normal activity in your home.
What will happen next ?
The Home Hub will be installed in your home soon.
Your family and friends may also be involved if you decide it is right for you. This means they will be able to have piece-of-mind that you are safe as they go about their daily lives
