Q6. Can we outsource our whole recruitment compliance process to you?

Yes. Many providers choose to fully outsource background checks to us so they can focus on interviews and service delivery. We handle the admin, follow-up, and documentation for your inspection files.

Q7. How quickly can checks be completed?

DBS checks can be turned around within 48–72 hours (depending on DBS processing times). Full vetting, including references and employment history, can be completed within 5–10 working days on average.
