Integral and indispensable...

Sally was an integral and indispensable part of our move from the US to England with our 2 small children. In addition to previewing 20+ homes and negotiating the lease terms for the home we selected, Sally went above and beyond — she arranged for transportation from the airport for us and all of our luggage, she connected us with a reputable broker for car leases, she picked up orders of home goods and put them in the house for our arrival, she met furniture delivery companies and oversaw the installation of furniture, and most importantly, she filled our refrigerator and pantry with groceries so that we were all set to move straight into our home on our arrival. As we say in our family, everyone needs a “Sally” when they are relocating. She honestly made a very stressful time much more enjoyable.

When do you start searching for us?

Upon receipt of your identification, the signed terms of engagement and the engagement fee, the research is initiated.

Will you contact us each time you see a property?

Absolutely. Upon my return home, I will send photos and my observations on the property and can send a zoom link invite to discuss it with you face-to-face.

Will you help us with the paperwork and tenancy?

I am here, representing and protecting you and your interest in your chosen property. I will negotiate the best deal for you, read through the tenancy agreement and explain the conditions to you, so you are aware of your responsibilities.
