In addition to previewing 20+ homes and negotiating the lease terms for the home we selected, Sally went above and beyond — she arranged for transportation from the airport for us and all of our luggage, she connected us with a reputable broker for car leases, she picked up orders of home goods and put them in the house for our arrival, she met furniture delivery companies and oversaw the installation of furniture, and most importantly, she filled our refrigerator and pantry with groceries so that we were all set to move straight into our home on our arrival. Home Contracting Plus
The devil is in the detail and the perfect home can come with pitfalls for those without experience and expertise. Sally will make sure your name is on contracts that are fair and reasonable including your new home, PLUS car, utilities, local services and contractors.
Home Delivery Plus
Waiting at the airport for your arrival will be Sally to transport you to 'Your Next Home'. You'll arrive to a furnished and decorated home, a full pantry and a personalised guide to the local amenities. In the next week, you'll be given a guided tour of your location to orient you PLUS introductions to your new car, staff and contractors as well as the right networks in the area.
