Our training is conducted by a team of highly qualified and experienced trainers who are experts in their respective fields of hair, beauty, and business. Our trainers are dedicated to providing you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel in your chosen area of expertise. They bring a wealth of practical experience and a passion for teaching, ensuring that you receive education and guidance throughout your learning journey.

Once you have decided what course you want to invest in yourself, full payment is required to secure your space. This payment can be paid via your payment link on your invoice, through bank transfer, or Klarna.

No prior experience within the hair and beauty industry, or business startup knowledge is required.

Our training hub is located within the centre of Northampton.

The nearest hotel is the Premier Inn which is 0.1miles, less than a 2 minute walk.

The nearest car park is St Johns multi-story car park, or the Morrisons car park.

These are both within 0.1 miles, and less than a 2 minute walk.

The nearest train station is Northampton Train Station, which is 1.3 miles away and is roughly a 10 minute walk.

Please note you will not be able to change the date of your course once you have confirmed and paid the final balance.

All training videos are pre-recorded and are available to watch at your convenience as many times as you like. You will have 1 year of access to these videos, from the date of when your course starts through your learning portal.

The Minimum age for our courses is 18 years old.

1: To make the most of the business program part of the course it is advised that you follow the timeline of the course, and complete your virtual training when it is released. You have 1 years access to these videos.

2: You will not be able to change the date of your in-house training at the academy hub. For you to be fully accredited it is compulsory you attend all of the training days.

Virtual Training: Expect a new 60-minute video.

Practical Training: In month 2, you will need to attend 3-5 days, depending on which course you chose, of mandatory training for accreditation.

Self-Practice: Success grows with the hours you invest in building your skills and business.

You can pay with Klarna. Subject to Klarna's payment terms and conditions.

At Glam-Start Hair and Beauty Academy, you have the flexibility to choose and specialize in either hair or beauty, based on your personal interests and career goals. Our courses are designed to provide in-depth knowledge in specific areas. For example, if you opt for our hair extension course, you'll exclusively focus on this aspect of the beauty industry. If you're passionate about both hair and beauty, you can certainly enroll in multiple courses to gain expertise in various areas. We're here to support your individual learning journey and tailor it to your own preferences.

You will not need to bring anything with you to the course, all training equipment is provided.

Yes, please note you will only be able to get insurance through companies who accept your awarding body accreditation such as ABT.

All our courses are accredited through ABT.

Yes, included in the price of the course a full comprehensive kit is included for you to use for your practical training and for you to take home and use.

Course times start at 9:30am, and roughly finish around 4pm each day.

Please note lunch is not provided at the academy, but we are located within the centre of Northampton, and there are lots of places that provide food within walking distance.

Don't panic though, we supply tea, coffee, and biscuits.
