The CF80 Metal Deck Profile is designed to redefine structural efficiency, combining superior spanning capability with sustainability and safety. Perfect for large-scale commercial spaces, domestic renovations, and architectural projects, it offers the strength and versatility construction professionals demand.

ComFlor 80 is an 80mm deep combined round-shouldered trapezoidal composite floor deck that applies the same proven profile technology as ComFlor 60 to a deeper section, delivering significantly longer unpropped spans. The deeper rib pushes bay sizes well beyond what a 60mm profile can achieve, giving structural engineers the ability to remove secondary beams from the frame entirely and produce a cleaner, lower-cost steel structure.

Unrivalled Spanning Capability:
The CF80 achieves spans of up to 4.0 metres unpropped, significantly reducing the need for secondary beams. This creates open, flexible spaces while streamlining structural designs and lowering material costs.
Supports slab depths ranging from 140–180mm, providing outstanding load-bearing capacity while minimising concrete usage. Ideal for projects that prioritise strength and efficiency.
Exceptional Fire Resistance:
Achieves fire resistance of up to 120 minutes with appropriate reinforcement, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards for both commercial and residential projects.
