SR100+ - Deep Trapezoidal Roof Deck Profile
With a 100mm deep profile and gauges of 0.7mm, 0.9mm, and 1.2mm, SR100+ is designed for long spans and high load performance.
This reduces the need for additional secondary steelwork, delivering material and cost savings on large roof areas.

Available in galvanised (Z275) or polyester-coated finishes, SR100+ ensures long-term corrosion resistance across a wide range of environments.
Applications and Aesthetic Flexibility: SR100+ is ideally suited to large-scale roofing projects where long spans, reduced purlin requirements, and high structural performance are essential. It is particularly effective in industrial, commercial, and distribution centre builds.
The underside can be left exposed for an industrial finish or coated for enhanced aesthetics, including bright polyester white for improved light reflection inside the building.

High Strength-to-Weight Ratio: SR100+ offers excellent structural efficiency. Despite its lightweight nature (9.47–16.29 kg/m² depending on gauge), it provides outstanding resistance to both gravity and uplift loads, making it ideal for demanding roof designs.
Aesthetics and Finishes:

S350 (BS EN 10143:2016, BS EN 10346:2015) in 0.7, 0.9, 1.2mm gauges. Maximum sheet length 12m.

Galvanised Z275 (275g/m²) or Polyester White (150g/m² Z150 base + 25μm polyester topcoat).

Fixed every trough at sheet ends and intermediate supports; 150mm end lap, 450mm side lap and 450mm side support spacing.

Manufactured to BS EN 10346:2015 and compliant with BS 5427:2019 for roof sheeting, SR100+ achieves Class 1 fire rating (BS 476 Pt7) and can be specified for Class 0 surface assessment where building regulations demand enhanced fire safety.
The deep sinusoidal profile provides significantly greater structural stiffness than shallower profiles, making it the preferred choice for wide purlin spacings and long span applications where reducing support steelwork is a priority.
